Update from Frankfurt

Sorry for being silent over the last couple of weeks - things have been a little crazy. Here's a quick summary of what's happened.

Had a blast in SriLanka ! Met my new little nephew Ayaan - an absolute sweetie pie. All he does is cry, sleep, wee and poo (and not necessarily in that order). I also went of Ansunel and Ishan's wedding - a wedding at sunset on the beach - absolutely fantastic !

I got back to Vienna on the 5th of Aug. Upul and his family had arrived from Doha the previous day and were staying with me. I had just about a day in Vienna before flying out to Frankfurt early on Monday morning. I spent the week in Frankfurt and flew back to Vienna on Friday the 11th.

I spent the weekend packing up my stuff and I drove from Vienna to F'furt on Sunday with my little cousin Nathalie. We left Vienna about 6am and arrived in F'furt around 13:30. We stopped a couple of times on the way. It was a cool drive, but the traffic as we approached F'furt was a real pain in the backside (to go from driving 160-180kmph to about 50kmph is not fun!)

So now I'm in F'furt for the next 2 months (or so I've been told). My personal view is that I'll probably be here a little while longer than that. I've found a little apartment a few km from the city and I move in there on Monday! I can't wait !
